Most leadership problems aren’t caused by lack of effort or intelligence.
They’re caused by decision hesitation disguised as busy work.
McStay Advisory exists to help leaders confront ambiguity, accept unavoidable trade-offs, and move forward with clarity when the stakes are real. This is decision-focused advisory work, built for environments where responsibility can’t be deferred and outcomes matter.
The work is intentionally low-volume and high-trust. Engagements are designed to reduce confusion quickly and restore momentum, not create dependency. Coaching is applied selectively as a supporting tool when execution requires it. The emphasis is always the same: clear thinking, responsible action, and progress without burnout.
How McStay Advisory Works
I work best with leaders who are capable, accountable, and carrying real responsibility. Most engagements begin with a focused, time-bounded decision session designed to clarify what actually matters, surface the real constraints, and force the trade-offs that progress requires. The aim is not perfect certainty, but a decision that can be owned and acted on.
The work is intentionally practical and contained. I don’t run open-ended discovery processes, produce theoretical deliverables, or substitute conversation for action. When execution or leadership behavior is the limiting factor, coaching may be used selectively and for a defined period to support follow-through. Every engagement is designed to reduce confusion, restore momentum, and leave leaders clearer and more self-sufficient than before.
